The Audit
We spend 30 minutes walking through your practice across five specific revenue areas that affect almost every chiropractic practice. We ask straightforward questions about your call volume, schedule, patient database, and online presence. There's no digging into your billing structure, EMR, or clinical operations — we stay in our lane. After the call, we build a personalized report with real dollar amounts attached to each gap we find.
It's genuinely free. We build your report, walk you through the findings on a follow-up call, and if we believe we can help close those gaps, we'll tell you how. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you that too. No invoice, no pressure. We limit audits to 9 per month to make sure every report gets the attention it deserves.
The Solutions
Not at all. Everything is built, configured, and managed by us. You don't touch the technology — you just see the results. If something needs to be updated or adjusted, you contact us and we handle it. The goal is for your practice to continue running smoothly without anything new added to your plate.
No — and it's designed that way intentionally. Our system can be configured so your phone rings in the office first. If no one on your team picks up after a couple of rings, the AI agent steps in and handles the call. Your staff stays in control during the moments they're available. The agent covers the rest — after hours, during busy periods, or whenever the front desk simply can't get to the phone in time. It's a backup, not a replacement.
It depends on the solution — and we'll be upfront about that. Many of our solutions work independently of your existing software without any integration needed. For the ones that benefit from connecting to your systems, we assess your setup during the audit process and find the best path forward. That might be a direct integration or a simple workaround. Either way, we don't leave you stuck.
Most solutions are live within two weeks of signing on. If your setup is more complex or involves custom builds, we'll give you a clear timeline before anything starts so there are no surprises. We don't rush setup because a poorly configured agent is worse than no agent at all.
Our AI agents are built to know their limits. If a call falls outside the scope we've configured — for example, a patient experiencing significant pain over the weekend who needs attention before the practice reopens Monday morning — the agent doesn't just leave them hanging. It can gather their information and transfer the call directly to the doctor or whoever the practice designates. How it handles edge cases is something we configure specifically for each practice during setup.

Where a solution touches patient data in a way that requires HIPAA compliance, we offer configurations that meet that standard. This is something we walk through specifically during onboarding.
