Lost hours. Missed leads.
We know where to find both.
We built OrintUp because we've seen what busywork drains from a small business — the hours your team burns, the revenue that leaks, and the leads that slip away unnoticed. We knew all of it was recoverable.
Same bet. Different technology.
Devin Tobin
Co-Founder · Outreach & Sales
Devin leads the work with owners. Sales isn't something he fell into — he trained for it: a professional sales degree, a psychology minor, and competing at the International Collegiate Sales Competition before he ever worked a real territory.
Then came the real thing: territories across New England, selling into some of the most demanding rooms in B2B. From department leads to the C-suite, Devin earned his place in FDA-regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical-device companies, partnering with some of the largest enterprise players in the game. That work builds one specific skill, and it's the one OrintUp runs on: finding the real problem before the other person in the room has named it. He's the one on the calls, in the rooms, and in the inboxes — usually in person, because that's where trust gets built. If you're working with OrintUp, you talked to Devin first.
Shawn Tobin
Co-Founder · Operations & Delivery
When the internet was just starting to reach small businesses in the late 1990s, Shawn was already in the room — helping local companies wire up the IT infrastructure, networks, and internet presence that would become the backbone of how they operated. Most owners didn't know why they needed it yet, but the reason is the same today as it was back then: leverage.
What followed was 12 years helping small businesses stay in the game and a 20-year career at the center of large enterprise operations. He spent time at Aetna, The Hartford, and Alight Solutions serving Fortune 500 clients, crafting industry-leading, award-winning HR technology solutions along the way. He worked directly with Boeing, Target, GM, Nissan, and other marquee industry giants to design solutions their operations depended on.
Now Shawn has decided to bring that knowledge home to where he started — giving the small businesses of Maine and New Hampshire the upper hand in the fast-moving automation and AI space. OrintUp is founded on the same bet as his original startup back in 1996: a technology shift most small businesses haven't made yet, and a team that knows how to fit it to the way they actually run.
If Devin is the reason businesses work with OrintUp,
Shawn is the reason they stay.
What we believe.
The tools are the easy part
You don't need to care how it works — only what it does for you. We measure ourselves in hours handed back and tasks taken off your plate, not in features. The result is what you keep.
Proof before partnership
You're not being asked to trust AI, or even us, on faith. We start with one thing, run it free for 45 days, and let the results make the case. If it doesn't earn its keep, you walk.
The people are the product
OrintUp isn't a software reseller. The tools matter, but the judgment about what to build, what to leave alone, and what holds up over time is human. That's the part you're hiring — two operators who've built things, not a platform login.
Ready to see where your hours are going?
We'll build it, run it free for 45 days, and you only continue if it earns its keep. No card up front.
